As we reported earlier this week, via People.com, John Cena and Nikki Bella are said to be “basically back together” after Cena traveled to San Diego to visit Nikki in what TMZ reported to be an attempt to “win Nikki back.”

Following the people report, Nikki took to Twitter and blasted reports of her relationship status with Cena as “lies” and “inaccurate”, but Nikki did not specify to which report(s) she was referring.

On the same day Nikki made the comments on Twitter, E! (the same network that broadcasts Total Bellas and Total Divas) released a new video report, which you can watch above, claiming the WWE power couple is “back together”.

“Word is the two rekindled in San Diego,” claims the E! report. “The two stars are back together”, the report furthered, “and they were spotted by fans in San Diego where they share a home. It certainly appears John’s media blitz to get Nicole back worked.”

The report does point out the “baby baggage” that complicated Cena and Nikki’s relationship prior to their breakup and notes the next episode of Total Bellas will focus on Nikki sitting down with Cena and contemplating breaking off their wedding. The report also claims Nikki held onto her engagement ring despite the couple’s breakup, as Cena wanted her to keep it as a reminder of his love.
