During last night’s episode of House of Hardcore, Tommy Dreamer announced that there would be a tournament to crown the first ever HOH TV Champion.

The tournaments first round matches will take place on HOH’s return to Philadelphia during WWE Royal Rumble weekend on 1/26/18.

The first matches of the tournament are as follows:

-Luchasaurus vs. Willie Mack vs. Matt Cross
-MJF vs. Crazy Steve
-Brian Cage vs. a mystery opponent.
-Matt Riddle vs. Austin Aries.
-Ace Romero vs. Dan Maff.
-Little Guido vs. Kevin Kross.
-Eddie Kingston vs. Bull James.
-Super Crazy vs. Alex Reynolds.
-Lisa Marie Varon vs. Kenny of the Squad.
-Mikey of the Squad vs. Swoggle.

The event, which will stream live on Twitch.tv, will be headlined by Tommy Dreamer & Billy Gunn with a mystery person in their corner vs Joey Mercury & NWA champion Nick Aldis with Shane Douglas in their corner.

Aro Lucha Update

After taping a TV pilot in Nashville, Aro Lucha is focusing on live events in Texas.  The promotion has two dates announced for next month and according to PWInsider.com, the company is currently trying to put together additional Texas markets for February through April of 2018.

Aro Lucha currently has two live dates announced:

Friday 1/19/18 in Amarillo, Texas at the Azteca Music Hall.

Saturday 1/20/18 in Lubbock, Texas at the Fair Park Coliseum On The Fairgrounds.
