Man Who Kidnapped Infant In King Of Prussia Captured: US Marshals
UPPER MERION, PA — A man who kidnapped his infant child in King of Prussia, earlier this month was arrested in Philadelphia on Wednesday, officials announced Thursday.
Rakim Brown-Rowe, 35, was captured by US Marshals on the 6300 block of Race Street.
Brown-Rowe was also wanted for robbery charges in connection with the same kidnapping incident.

Exact circumstances of the kidnapping, which occurred on March 13, remain unclear. Brown-Rowe vanished with his 11-month-old son for about a day, police said, sparking missing child alerts throughout the region.

At the time, Pennsylvania State Police said the little boy was at “special risk of harm or injury.”
Ultimately the boy was returned safely to his mother.
Brown-Rowe was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
