Homeless Man Indicted On Hotel Concord Stabbing Charges: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Abigail S. Junkins, 30, with a last known address of Pine Street in Pembroke, on a felony domestic violence charge. She was accused of threatening a family member with a firearm on Nov. 3, 2023, in Pembroke.

Cindy L. Kent, 36, of Kings Square Road in Whitefield on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and attempted falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs in a package and throwing the package to impair an investigation on Aug. 16, 2023, in Hooksett.

Billy J. Leblanc, 49, of Bridge Street in Henniker on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a child on Oct. 5, 2023, in Concord.

Laura J. Little, 44, of Parkwood Drive in Allenstown on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing and retaining a 2014 Nissan Altima that was owned by another person in Allenstown on Aug. 25, 2023.

Andrew J. Ludwig, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on possession of fentanyl and possession of a methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 25, 2023.

Victor G. Manns, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing one man in the leg and another man in the arm, threatening them both with a knife, and discarding the knife in the Storrs Street Garage to impair an investigation on Sept. 21, 2023. Mercy Mbarushimana, 21, of Weaver Place in Weare on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of attempting to steal merchandise from Market Basket in Concord on Sept. 11, 2023, after being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Daniel A. McBride, 34, of Cross Brook Road in Loudon on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman in Concord on July 15, 2023.

Kelsey S. McCarthy, 32, of Pittsfield Road in Loudon on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge in Bow on April 13, 2023.

Jason J. McGill, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 4, 2023, in Concord. According to the indictment, he has been previously convicted on acts prohibited in Coos County Superior Court.

Michelle A. Mundy, 57, of Rochester Hill in Rochester on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on South Main Street in Concord on Sept. 9, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin D. Muzzey, 55, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony receiving stolen property charge and theft by unauthorized taking with priors charge. He was accused of stealing copper wire from the NH Electrical Cooperative in Franklin on Oct. 10, 2023.
