The listing price may be less you think, it’s $895,000, according to LoopNet. The address for the former Jimmy K’s fast-food restaurant is 1422 Riverboat Center Drive.
The listing proclaims that the Jimmy K’s includes a huge 1.2 acre lot with 43 parking spaces.
