Kickoff Show:
The 2018 WWE Survivor Series Kickoff Show opens up live from The Staples Center in Los Angeles, California as Jonathan Coachman welcomes us to the show. He is joined by WWE Hall Of Famer Beth Phoenix, WWE Hall Of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler & David Otunga. They go over tonight’s card. We then get a video package on how we got to tonight’s WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. WWE Champion Daniel Bryan Match. Lawler predicts Lesnar to win the match and Phoenix agrees. We go backstage to The RAW Women’s Team. Team Captain Alexa Bliss talks about how Team SmackDown played dirty on RAW last week so tonight they will get them back at their own game. They are separated as Bliss threatens to kick them off the team if they can’t get along.
We go back to the panel and SmackDown General Manager Paige is out with Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin, temporarily replacing Otunga & Phoenix. They are immediately interrupted by Bobby Lashley & Lio Rush. Lashley does some posing and Rush talks about how Lashley will be a living legend after destroying Team SmackDown tonight. Rush chants “Lashley!” as they walk away. Back from another break and we get a video package on what led to tonight’s match between Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. Regarding tonight’s match, Drake says that he is not scared of The Big Show.
