– This week’s episode of Smackdown Live ranked fourth amongst series and specials in terms of social media ratings. Ahead of Smackdown were “Atlanta,” “Queen Sugar,” and “The Haves and Have Notes.” Smackdown drew an estimated 84K interactions from 18,000 unique authors.

– As previosly reported, American Alpha was pulled from the finals in this Sunday’s SmackDown Tag Team Title tournament, due to an “injury” sustained by Chad Gable at the hands of The Usos. The Usos will now face The Hype Bros. to determine a set of opponents for Heath Slater and Rhyno. Gable sent this message to the Usos:
