WWE News: Becky Lynch's "Broken Face"; Frustration Backstage with Lesnar
— One of the reason that WWE pushed the term “broken face” when describing Becky Lynch’s injuries is because officials thought that the true diagnosis of a concussion and fractured nose did not seem severe enough to keep someone from competing (from a fan’s perspective), reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
— While some people did point the finger at Nia Jax for punching Becky Lynch in the nose and giving her a concussion, other talent backstage were more frustrated with Brock Lesnar and his reckless suplexes on Sunil Singh causing Singh to practically land on his neck. Most of the frustration towards Lesnar was centered around the reality that he’s “bullet proof” within the company no matter what he does or how dangerous he might be in the ring.
