WWE Announces Hideo Itami's Replacement For Dusty Rhodes Tag-Team Classic

As noted, Hideo Itami is out of this year’s Dusty Rhodes Tag-Team Classic tournament due to a serious neck injury that will keep him on the sidelines for a while.
After WWE had Itami break the news publicly via a social media video released earlier today and have since followed up with the above video featuring William Regal.
The NXT General Manager announced that WWE Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins will be stepping up to replace Itami, joining Kota Ibushi to try his chances at winning a second WWE tournament this year after winning the inaugural WWE Cruiserweight Classic tournament earlier this year.
The 2016 Dusty Rhodes Tag-Team Classic is scheduled to conclude with the live tournament finals at the NXT TakeOver: Toronto event on November 19th on the WWE Network.
