Undertaker Advertised for Smackdown Next Month; Update on Street Profits (Spoiler)
— Madison Square Garden in New York – the site for WWE’s TV shows on September 9 and 10 – is advertising an appearance by the Undertaker for Smackdown on Tuesday the 10th. As noted before, WWE is probably going to be bolstering the Smackdown roster ahead of the move to FOX but it’s unclear if this appearance means ‘Taker will be featured on the blue brand moving forward depending on whenever he used.
— After the Street Profits dropped the NXT tag team titles last week (the match will be aired in the coming weeks on NXT TV) rumors circulated that they would perhaps be moved to either Raw or Smackdown, especially considering WWE has shown them backstage semi-regularly this summer. According to Dave Meltzer at f4wonline.com, this is actually not the plan and the Street Profits are expected to remain with NXT while still making those cameo backstage appearances on Raw and/or Smackdown.
