TNA News & Notes On This Week's Tapings, Kurt Angle, New York House Shows

– TNA Wrestling will tape the next two weeks of Impact tonight and Tuesday night from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. This will be the final TV before their Destination X pay-per-view from the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia on March 12th. Confirmed for tonight’s tapings and this week’s edition of Impact is a ladder match between Eric Young and James Storm for the drinking championship, Kevin Nash vs. TNA Champion Kurt Angle, and TNA Knockout Champion Awesome Kong vs. Angelina Love. The feeling from everyone is that the company is growing and was portrayed in a wonderful light in the New York market. TNA drew their largest paid gate ever at their house show in Westbury, New York with 3,000 paid on Friday night.
