Joey Ryan recently spoke with Chris Van Vliet and you can watch the entire interview in the above video player.

During the interview, Ryan addressed why he is not likely to sign with WWE right now, and his character likely not translating to the PG environment in WWE.

“In pretty much every business, the goal, the dream is to be your own boss, set your own schedule, be successful on your own terms,” explained Ryan. “A lot of wrestling fans want you to kind of give all that up and sign your future to someone else’s hands and have a boss and have a schedule you’re required to keep. So it’s kinda weird that in just about every other business the dream is to be kind of what I’m doing now. But in wrestling, everyone thinks that you’re not successful until you have a boss, which is kind of bizarre, but that’s the way it is.”
