Hardy Teases HIAC Spot, PJ Black on a WWE Return, 205 Live Update

It was announced on SmackDown several weeks ago the Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton will settle their differences in a Hell in a Cell match during the event of the same name tomorrow night. This will be Hardy’s first time competing in a Hell in a Cell match, which he has said that he has wanted to compete in for a number of years now. Now that Hardy is about to accomplish this goal, several fans have predicted that Hardy will attempt to execute some sort of memorable daredevil maneuver that he has become known for over the years during the match. While speaking with TalkSPORT, Hardy teased that he is indeed planning on doing the unexpected during his match, which fans will be able to see for themselves tomorrow. “It’s going to be very memorable and I’ll do something that people won’t forget. I think my thoughts are too big for my size sometimes, but I’ve got a lot of good ideas of what I can do inside that structure and this Sunday is when we find what will happen.” Hardy said.
Fans of WWE’s Nexus faction from a number of years ago will remember former WWE Superstar Justin Gabriel. Gabriel won the WWE Tag Team Championships three times in WWE before eventually leaving the company in 2015. Gabriel is now competing in several different promotions, including Lucha Underground, as PJ Black, but he was recently asked about possibly coming back to WWE someday. While discussing his time in WWE on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling podcast recently, Gabriel expressed his desire to remain on the independent circuit and work in Japan in the near future, but he also said that he reversed his stance to never come back to WWE not too long ago and that he would return under the right circumstances. “So every once in a while I think maybe I will go back and if they come to me with a good storyline I don’t even care about money now if they just come with a good story line and I get a good payoff for WrestleMania or maybe it is a Nexus story line I’d consider it and I’m not going to turn anything down but if you spoke to me a year ago I would have said no and never.” says Justin.
As reported earlier today, the current schedule for the upcoming week of programming on the WWE Network lists the newest episode of 205 Live airing this Wednesday night at 7pm ET. This would be a change from the typical Tuesday night at 10pm ET timeslot that the show currently airs in. WWE and 205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick have now confirmed that 205 Live will indeed begin airing on Wednesday nights once the new season of the Mixed Match Challenge debuts. The time change is one that fans of the cruiserweight program have been requesting for years. It has also been announced that Cedric Alexander will defend the Cruiserweight Championship against Drew Gulak on 205 Live this Wednesday.
