Dramatic video obtained by The Post shows the moment a gangbanger in a BMW fatally shoots a rival in Queens.

The footage shows a white BMW pull up next to a white Dodge Charger near Springfield Boulevard and 140th Avenue in Laurelton around 4 p.m. Monday.

As it approaches the other car, the BMW slows and then stops with its rear window in line with the Charger.

The passenger window is down and a silver handgun can be seen through it.

Several flashes are visible as the man in the BMW blasts away at the driver’s window of the Charger.

David Hutchinson, 21, suffered gunshot wounds to the chest, cops said. EMS responded and transported him to Jamaica Hospital but he couldn’t be saved.

Police sources said the shooting was gang-related.
