One of the main events of the first-ever live, two-hour episode of AEW On TNT at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. will be announced today.

AEW announced via their official AEW Twitter page on Tuesday morning that they will be announcing Cody Rhodes’ opponent for the inaugural edition of AEW On TNT.

The announcement will be made via the company’s official Twitter page (@AEWrestling) today, Tuesday, July 30th, at Noon Eastern Time / 9am Pacific Time.

The debut episode of AEW On TNT from Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. goes down on Wednesday, October 2nd from 8-10pm Eastern Time / 5-7pm Pacific Time.
