Three years ago, Armando Montalvo, 31, was shot by police outside of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL, and was subsequently arrested.

Montalvo was attempting to break into the WWE facility and was arrested and charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and trespassing. He was twice found not competent to stand trial.

Following the arrest, Montalvo was banned from the WWE Performance Center, however an NXT taping was held this past Wednesday night at Full Sail University, and Montalvo returned, reports Click Orlando.

“You see, I’m bigger than NXT,” he said in a video clip. “I’m bigger than that whole organization. I’m bigger than McMahon.”

A Full Sail University spokesperson told News 6 that deputies who worked the event were notified about Montalvo.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said there was no report filed, and Montalvo was not arrested. He is currently appealing the case from his 2015 incident and, according to court records, he is representing himself.

Montalvo has been posting videos on his Instagram page, taking aim at WWE and Vince McMahon, claiming that he is “bigger” than both McMahon and WWE, and you can view some of the videos, along with Click Orlando’s coverage, below:
