WWE Smackdown Live Viewership Down Once Again Heading into Greatest Royal Rumble
This week’s edition of WWE Smackdown Live was the final show before Friday’s Greatest Royal Rumble event, and it featured final hype for AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Title in Saudi Arabia.
The show also featured an advertised MizTV segment with special guest Daniel Bryan, and the segment ended up featuring Big Cass after Cass took Bryan out before the segment began.
According to ShowBuzz Daily, this week’s WWE Smackdown viewership 2.549 million, down from last week’s 2.796 million viewership average. This week’s number is down from the second night of the WWE Superstar Shakeup, and continues to drop following WrestleMania 34.
This week’s WWE Smackdown ranked #6 in overall cable TV viewership for the night.
