Newly crowned WWE Champion John Cena spoke to WWE.com shortly after his win over The Rock in the main event of WrestleMania 29. Cena was relieved, but too exhausted to celebrate after finally defeating his rival.

“I’m exhausted,” Cena told WWE.com. “For the first time in my life, I didn’t have any energy to stand up and jump up like I won the World Series. But, I feel so great. I feel as if a three-year burden – three years – is off my back. I’m exhausted. I left it all out there. It was finally enough this year. It was finally enough.”

The interviewer congratulated John Cena, who said “Yeah, I know the drill” about the fact that he’s back to work tonight in East Rutherford, NJ for RAW. “Yeah, get some rest and be ready to go tomorrow. Thanks, guys.”
