It was recently announced that The Miz will be getting his rematch for the WWE Intercontinental Title from new champion Seth Rollins at the upcoming WWE Backlash PPV. The Miz lost his Intercontinental Title to Seth Rollins at last Sunday night’s WrestleMania 34 PPV in a Triple Threat Match with Finn Balor. The Miz announced on last night’s RAW that he will be cashing in his rematch clause for the Intercontinental Title at next month’s Backlash. 
As previously reported, Backslash will be a dual-branded PPV and it will take place on May 6 from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It was previously reported that all WWE PPV from now on will be dual-branded.
