Backstage Update On Reason For Absence Of The Gunn Club In AEW, MJF’s Role For Dynamite: Holiday Bash
– The reason The Gunn Club duo of Austin and Colten Gunn have not been featured on AEW programming as of late is because Austin is on the sidelines with an injury. Because of this, Colten has been kept off TV as well, with both not appearing for months now. As of this week, the belief is Colten has been cleared, so he is able to return whenever the decision is made to bring him back in.
– MJF will be in the house next week for the special “Holiday Bash” themed episode of AEW Dynamite on TBS. After his appearance on this week’s “Winter is Coming” themed episode on December 11, where he failed to cost Adam Cole the victory in his match against Kyle O’Reilly, MJF has been announced for the December 18 show, where he will speak live about his match against Cole for the AEW Dynamite Diamond Ring at AEW Worlds End 2024 on December 28. Also scheduled for the 12/18 show is Will Ospreay vs. Darby Allin in an AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match, as well as Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Anna Jay for the TBS Championship.
