Another day, another rape…

A 13-year-old mentally challenged girl has been allegedly raped in Meghalaya’s North Garo Hills district. According to a PTI report, ten persons, including two minors allegedly took turns and raped the girl over a period of two months.

The family of 13-year-old victim lodged an FIR at the Resubelpara police station on Sunday, following that, the police immediately arrested nine accused. One is absconding.
